Title: Comprehensive Tobacco and Nicotine-free Worksite Policy

USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) released the ‘new version of Form I-9’ on August 1, 2023.

Chapter board members will facilitate conversation regarding the benefits of SHRM membership and how to best utilize the resources that SHRM has to offer.

The course’s major objectives are to educate leaders about the link between diversity, equity and inclusion and organizational performance and explore your “DEI Why” to launch and sustain strategic DEI practices that improve your organizational results.

The chapter invites you to attend a short business meeting from 11:30 – 12:00, followed by a presentation by Darla Dolecheck with Zion Recovery Services.

Darla will present information on opioids and the effects they have on Iowans and, ultimately, our workforce. Resources are available for those suffering with opioid addiction; this presentation will hopefully give you some tools to share with those who may be fighting through this addiction.
