*Claudia Schabel of Schabel Solutions will be facilitating engaging discussion on the subject of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

The course’s major objectives are to educate leaders about the link between diversity, equity and inclusion and organizational performance and explore your “DEI Why” to launch and sustain strategic DEI practices that improve your organizational results.

The chapter invites you to attend a short business meeting from 11:30 – 12:00, followed by a presentation by Darla Dolecheck with Zion Recovery Services.

Darla will present information on opioids and the effects they have on Iowans and, ultimately, our workforce. Resources are available for those suffering with opioid addiction; this presentation will hopefully give you some tools to share with those who may be fighting through this addiction.

Burnout: Building Resilience

This program will cover:

• How burnout impacts employee productivity and turnover
• Learn to identify burnout in yourself and your staff--and what to do about it
• Uncover how burnout and toxic stress make you sick and tired (it's more than you think!)
• Learn how to tame toxic stress before it gets out of control
• Create an actionable plan with practical, evidence-based techniques that you can apply to your personal and professional life
