Donna Dau, recent Leadership Coordinator with Midwest Independent Soil Samplers (MISS) will provide insight on how she developed a successful Business Labor-share Partnership Model.

As HR professionals, we are the leaders, mentors, and role models in our organizations to support an environment of fairness and equity. In this program, the presenter will engage the audience in discussion about diversity in the workplace, increase awareness of the differences that may exist, and how to embrace all the talents so that when put together, we can make our workplaces better for all.

We all have opportunities to influence others, as well as ourselves each day. As a member of an HR department, you are influencing your employees and your organization’s success with virtually every action you take. This program will help you identify workplace influences, discuss how we use influence to achieve desired results, and help us to look at ways to strengthen our power of influence.
