Creating a positive culture with guest speaker Todd Wuestenberg.
Todd Wuestenberg, Chief Culture Officer, Haverkamp Group will be presenting Cultivating Culture.
In today’s competitive environment, attracting top talent is only half of the battle. The real differentiator is creating a culture that keeps employees engaged, motivated, and committed. This session will provide practical strategies to help you:
-
Provide a practical, systems-based view of organizational culture as a designed and managed operating environment, not as a set of initiatives or engagement programs.
Attendees will be guided through a real-world framework…TC = P + P + P…Thriving Culture = Purposeful + Persistent + “Plant”…to understand how culture influences behavior, learning, leadership development, and strategy execution at scale.
