*Claudia Schabel of Schabel Solutions will be facilitating engaging discussion on the subject of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
The course’s major objectives are to educate leaders about the link between diversity, equity and inclusion and organizational performance and explore your “DEI Why” to launch and sustain strategic DEI practices that improve your organizational results.
*Claudia Schabel is Founder, President and CEO of Schabel Solutions, which has over 25 years of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and human resources practitioner experience, largely with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. She is a past commissioner on the City of Des Moines Civil and Human Rights Commission, is a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves as Diversity Director for the Iowa SHRM Council.
