This program will cover:

- Learn to identify burnout in yourself and your staff--and what to do about it
- Uncover how burnout and toxic stress make you sick and tired (it's more than you think!)
- Learn how to tame toxic stress before it gets out of control
- Create an actionable plan with practical, evidence-based techniques that you can apply to your personal and professional life
