Services, and IVRS can offer at no cost to assist with hiring and retention of people with disabilities.
About the Presenter: Michelle Krefft has her Masters Degree in Science from Drake University. She started with Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services in 2001 as a vocational counselor serving Iowans with disabilities achieve their vocational dreams. In 2015, she was promoted to the Director of Business Relations and leads a team of business specialists across Iowa, services businesses with a statewide footprint and is the Iowa representative for the National Employment Team. Michelle serves as co-chair of the action committee with the Greater Des Moines Partnership Diversity and Inclusion Council, and has been nationally recognized for her work by the National Rehabilitation Association.
