2020 is finally behind us! I’d like to start the year off with a “networking” event. Bring a list of things you’d like to discuss with the group, and let’s learn some best practices from each other. If there is a topic you’d like to have discussed but maybe don’t feel comfortable getting it started during the meeting, feel free to email me questions/concerns/topics ahead of time, at aherring@ppi-global.com, or you can email Carol Smith, carol.smith@innovative-industries.org.

Here are some general topics to consider:

*COVID-19 (everyone’s favorite subject!)

*FMLA (another classic)

*Policies, handbooks

*Employee engagement, conflict resolution, etc.

*Work/life balancing
