    Participants will be able to walk away with the following:

    1) When has an employee said enough to "notify" the employer of a FMLA request or ADA  accommodation request?

    2) When should the employer request medical information, and how can we use this information?

    3) Who should be included in the ADA interactive process?

    4) How should we be training our supervisors?

    4) Who determines what is reasonable and are we expected to be the accommodation experts?

    5) When does FMLA overlap with the ADA?

    Nathan Stucky is Director of Faculty and Staff Disability Services for the University of Iowa.  Nathan and his team provide full administration and oversight of the Family & Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act for the University's academic campus.  As director, Nathan also develops educational programs for campus, policy and best practice, and continuously enhances services for individuals with disabilities. Nathan is an Iowa native and received his BA in Human Resource Management and his BA in Music from the University of Northern Iowa, and received his MBA from the University of Dubuque.
