Kyle Horn is an advocate for our nation's untapped workforce, and a believer that people with passion and commitment can change the world.

Five years ago he launched America’s Job Honor Awards: A nonprofit celebrating people who overcome employment barriers and the employers who hire them. The organization has grown into a multi-state movement with national recognition.

Kyle’s mission is to rekindle hope and energize the work ethic across the nation, by celebrating a new kind of hero. He shares his story to promote opportunities for struggling job seekers, and to ignite a passion for service in others.
